Aleksandra Hortensja Dąbek, Poland
Aleksandra Hortensja Dąbek is 20 years old. She is a student of Music Academy in Cracow, her teacheris prof. Ewa Bukojemska.
Aleksandra has got a lot of important achievemnts such as:
the Third Prize at VII International Chopin Piano Competition in Budapest (July 2016)
the Second Prize at Debut International Piano Competition in New York (January 2016)
the Third Prize at II International Piano Competition in Karlovac (July 2015)
the First Prize at 21th International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition for Children and Young Peoplein Szafarnia; special diplomas for the best performance of mazurkas ; special diplomas for the bestperformance of preludies (May 2013)
Aleksandra played a piano recital in Carnegie Hall (New York) in April 2016. She won a Yamaha Foundation scholarship.
Aleksandra performed three recital with Emirates Youth Symphony Orchestra in Dubai on Abu DhabiMusic Festiwal. On May 2014 she played the E-minor Concert by Chopin accompanies by the Silesian ChamberOrchestra. On February 2014 Aleksandra played the piano recital in the Museum of Fryderyk Chopin in Warsaw. She was invited by the National Institut of Fryderyk Chopin.In 2013 she perormed two recitals as a guest ofGyorgy Ferenczy foundation. In November 2011 she played a concert in Pampeluna , in March 2011 she hadher recital in Budapest during Polish and Hungarian Days. In August 2010 she played a concert organized by Polish Ambassy in Singapore.
In October 2011 and 2013 Aleksandra took part in the International Festival of Young Laureates of Piano Tournaments „ Silesia 2011” as the youngest participant.
In February 2012 she won elimination organized by the Morningside Music Bridge at the Mount Royal University in Calgary winning its monthly scholarship.
